Manhattan's model for 'Law and Order' prosecutor to retire

NEW YORK — Robert Morgenthau, the prosecutor renowned as one of the nation's top law enforcement officials over a nearly half-century career, announced Friday he would retire when his term ends in December.

Morgenthau, 89, the model for TV series Law and Order prosecutor Adam Schiff, said he recently calculated he had served 25 years past the ordinary retirement age, and "decided I wouldn't push my luck any further."


Stephan Morgenthau (Mike Logan's boyfriend) is my fictional "grandson" of the real Robert Morgenthau - the NY prosecutor...

Poor kid, he's an SVU fan. He's not happy.

A fellow SVU fan metalchick_36 recently posted her SVU PET PEEVES - and I wanted to comment on them too.

* I hate how Elliot and Olivia are always given the good cases and gold stars, while Fin and Munch are stuck with dumpster diving and making coffee. For once, I want to see Fin and Munch get a case that is so big, and gets solved so quickly, that the captain gives them gold stars and maybe have a jealous Elliot too! Mike Logan says: Why does SVU push the "these are the best detectives bullshit over and over again?I was a great fucking detective and that didn't mean shit to Dick fucking Wolf. I was still dumpster diving and other crap sometimes; and well we weren't treated very special. Why have 4 detectives only to ignore the other 2? Just make the detectives on the show Elliot and Olivia. And why is Cragen so fucking out of the loop so often?

Stories are for Friends Only

SO, the Friend's List has been purged. If you haven't bothered to give a single feedback; chances are you are no longer Friended. I'm going to assume that you a) weren't reading the stories anyway or b) you don't like them and just got too lazy to remember to leave.

Well Orchid is coming to an end. I'm not sure how popular the story was because no one in this fandom gives feedback (except the small same group of fans, who I adore) unless a story is E/O.

But I enjoyed writing about characters the show don't explore.


My next intended victim...I mean character that I'm sort of thinking of starting a new little mini-series is Richard aka Dickie Stabler.





Something good to annoy his dad :-) It won't be part of the Orchid universe but possibly part of the Mike/Stephan fandom storyline. Possibly...

p.s. They should have made Dickie a cock sucking crack head simply because his father had the fucking audacity to name his kid DICKIE....
